 We are conveniently located in a peaceful residential area close to the junction of the A11 and A47 providing easy onward access.

 Although best visited with a car for ease of travel, our Guests can walk to the Univesity, Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, and Norwich Research Park, and are more than welcome to leave their cars in the 24 hour off road parking that we have available, and, if necessary, can also catch a bus or use the Park and Ride into Norwich (about 3.5 miles away), or beyond. 

There is a choice of local pubs / restaurants in the area, a couple of which are just under 1 mile away and therefore potentially walkable.
