Accommodation details

Grove Farm offers self catering accommodation in our three holiday cottages, and bed and breakfast accommodation in the main house. The working farm is situated in the quiet village of Repps with Bastwick only half a mile from Potter Heigham and 5 miles from Hickling broad  in the heart of the Broadland National Park.

Grove Farm is surrounded by beautiful Norfolk countryside making an ideal base for exploring and touring the Norfolk Broads. Grove Farm is also close to the seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth, Hemsby, and Caister making it ideal for The Broads and Norfolk Coast.

Self Catering Holidays
Grove Cottage is part of the 18th century farmhouse, it is spacious and furnished to a high standard. sleeps 4+2 and is available all year round.

Bed and Breakfast
 The 18th century farmhouse Bed and Breakfast Accommodation has been awarded 4 Diamonds by the English Tourism Council it has en-suit guest rooms, which have Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television in each, to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.

A range of courses and holidays are run with local artists, all accomplished tutors in their field. Courses are held in our old thatched stable converted into a well lit studio workshop. 

At times when no organised course is running you are welcome to stay and use the studio and facilities and do your own thing. Jenny or Peter are usually about to help or advise if needed. 

We can also set up or arrange for any course in any medium for group bookings with or without accommodation.

Grove Farm is situated in the village Repps - with - Bastwick only half a mile from Potter Heigham Bridge where boats can be hired.
