Just 2 cottages, tucked away on a quiet country lane in the delightful village of Harpley, can be found in converted traditional Norfolk brick and flint barns on the Case family farm. This is a place to really get away from it. Harpley is a gem of a village - no tourists occupying every other house around you... just open countryside and space to do your own thing in your own time. Each cottage sleeps 4 with the option for a further one or two people on the sofa bed. So take a cottage on its own (sleeps 4-6) or double up and take the whole place to yourself (sleeps 8-12). Guaranteed privacy where you can make as much or as little noise as you like without fear of disturbing a soul. The beautiful Stable and Laurel cottages are located on the family run Lower Farm, in the unspoilt and quiet village of Harpley, near the North Norfolk coast. The farm has free range chickens, geese and horses in paddocks plus pigs and their piglets that can be seen on some farm walks, depending on the season you visit us. Each cottage looks out onto a large, enclosed private garden - beyond which you will find daily farming life mixing with rural countryside. Inside, you will find modern comforts set off by the original wooden beams and large living spaces. These barns have been deliberately laid out to allow easy access for everyone: crawling babies, toddlers, able bodied adults and disabled/wheelchair users alike. Everything is set on ground level with no stairs or steps making the cottages suitable for the very young and those with mobility difficulties or wheelchairs. Harpley is perfectly located to reach not just the extensive North Norfolk coastline but also the many attractions this part of the county has to offer.
