Very comfortably furnished to a high standard throughout, the modern, light and airy accommodation had gas central heating and is fully carpeted on the first and second floors, with laminated flooring on the ground floor.

Comprising; entrance into hallway, with staircase, cloakroom with WC. Sitting room with sea views, double doors through to a fitted kitchen having electric oven and hob. Utility room. Conservatory with doors onto the patio and garden.

Separate Dining room.

First floor landing, door to balcony, two bedrooms, master room with king size bed and french doors onto balcony. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

Second staircase to two further bedrooms, one with twins TV/Video, the other with bunks. Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
